RETURNS & EXCHANGES: 1. Please contact us within seven (7) days of date from delivery before sending item back to us at info@yorknoir.com.au
2. All items must be in 100% new conditi7on, unworn, unwashed and with all tags in tact.
3. Returns must be received by us within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery via registered post.
4. Items returned are to be safely packaged as we do not accept returns that have been damaged through transit.
5. Return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer. If item is being exchanged, delivery will be $5, if however the fault was on our end all postage will be free of charge.
6. Refunded amount will be made within 10 days of cancellation notice.
Refunds and exchanges are strictly not permitted after 7 days from the date of purchase.
Sales items are non refundable, a credit note will be given if customer wishes to return item. 5% fee will be charged for pre-order returns
FAULTY ITEMS: Should a garment arrive in a less-than-perfect-condition, it will be replaced, free of any extra postal charge, within seven days (7) of the item being sent. If item is out of stock then you will be issued with a full refund.

DELIVERIES:
Postage within Austrailia is a flat rate of $8.00 via express post. An email with your tracking number will be sent to you within 24 hours of purchase and will be delivered within 1-3 business days. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES International orders shipping are charged $40 Flat Rate and delivery is between 2-4 working days (between metroplotan areas of major cities). Please check with Customs for any restrictions or charges as we are not responsible for any additional charges your order may incur once the item has left Australia. We also have the choice of Registered Postage however could take between 5-10 business days and there is no insurance if parcel goes missing. This could be a cheaper alternative and could cost anywhere between $15-30 depending on what Country you are in. Please contact us for more information
